The sequence

Five protocols.
One hour.

Your hour starts on the reformer. Ten minutes of controlled warm-up work, getting your body moving properly before anything gets hard.

From there onto the bike, breathing high-concentration oxygen through interval work, then straight into high-intensity efforts. That’s where the work is, and where most of the conditioning comes from. Mobility and strength work next, loading your body through range while it’s warm and circulation is up. Red light after that. Breathwork to close, settling your nervous system before you walk back out into your day.

The Oxygen Hour in five steps: 01 reformer warm-up, 02 exercise with oxygen and high-intensity intervals on a bike, 03 mobility and strength with a kettlebell, 04 a red light panel, 05 seated breathwork under red light.

Why the order matters

Each step
sets up the next.

Every one of these protocols has real research behind it and a following of its own.

What almost nobody does is run them together, in one room, in an order where each step sets up the next. That sequencing is the design, and it’s the part you can’t replicate on your own.

Built around the room

Same hour.
Set to you.

No two sessions are identical.

The efforts, the movement and the dose are set to the goals and fitness of the group in front of us, so a first-timer and a conditioned athlete train the same hour and both get what they came for. The sequence holds. Everything inside it adapts.

A little clarity

Before
you begin.

What happens in The Oxygen Hour?

Five protocols in sequence: a reformer warm-up, exercise with oxygen therapy (EWOT) and high-intensity intervals on the bike, mobility and strength work, red light, then breathwork to close. The whole session runs for one hour.

Is it one-on-one or a group session?

Both. You can book The Oxygen Hour one-on-one or train as part of a group. The fee is $150 per person, per session.

I’m new to training. Is it for me?

Sessions are set to the goals and fitness of the people in the room, so a first-timer and a conditioned athlete can train the same hour. Talk with the team about your experience before your first session.

How is it different from Supercell Ultimate?

Supercell Ultimate is a separate appointment combining PEMF, exercise with oxygen therapy and red light. The Oxygen Hour is a training session: reformer, EWOT and HIIT, mobility and strength, red light and breathwork, stacked in one hour.

Are there packages or group rates?

Yes. Ask the team about packages and group sessions for cost savings.

How do I decide whether the session suits me?

Discuss your health history and the exercise involved with the team before booking. Where clinical advice is needed, speak with an appropriate registered clinician. Suitability is individual.

Where do sessions take place?

At the Supercell Hub, 353–355 Anzac Parade, Kingsford NSW 2032. Online booking opens the appointment catalogue; choose The Oxygen Hour.
