02 / From information to direction

The result is
the beginning.

A test is one part of your health story. Your history, habits and goals help put the numbers in context.

  1. 01

    Start with your question

Talk through what you want to understand and which type of testing may be relevant.

  2. 02

    Choose and arrange

Review the test inclusions, fee and location. Order a partner test or arrange a Hub appointment.

  3. 03

    Complete your test

Follow the instructions from your provider or the team. Different tests have different preparation needs.

  4. 04

    Understand the next step

Review your report with an appropriately qualified practitioner. Arrange any Supercell support separately.

03 / Plan your next step

Clear options.
Before you commit.

Blood and DNA testing fees cover the selected provider product. Any additional results review or personalised planning with Supercell is arranged separately. Confirm what is included before you order.

A little clarity

Before
you begin.

Do I need every test?

No. Start with the question you are trying to answer. The team can explain the available options, and a qualified health practitioner can advise whether a particular test is appropriate for you.

Does all testing happen at the Hub?

No. Blood tests are ordered through iMedical and collected through the provider’s collection process. Genetic testing uses an at-home kit from i-screen. InBody appointments take place at the Supercell Hub. Contact the team to arrange VO₂ testing.

Will someone explain my results?

External providers supply reports according to their own service terms. If you would like Supercell support to put your results into a wider plan, ask about review options and fees before ordering. A testing purchase does not automatically include every consultation.

How should I prepare?

Preparation depends on the exact test. Follow your testing provider’s instructions and ask the team about your specific appointment. Do not change medicines or your usual care based on general website information.

Can I start with a conversation?

Yes. A free Discovery Call gives you space to describe your goals and ask which service to explore first. It is an introductory conversation, not a medical diagnosis.
