The signature sequence

Three parts.
One visit.

Understand each part of the session before you book. The sequence moves from PEMF to exercise with oxygen therapy, then red light. The team can discuss the setup and suitability for you.

PULSED ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELDS
The first chapterPEMF

01 / The starting point

PEMF in Ultimate.
Time to pause.

Pulsed electromagnetic field technology is the first part of the Ultimate sequence.

PEMF uses pulsed electromagnetic fields. This part of the routine uses a body mat, before moving into oxygen exercise.

Discuss the equipment and what the session involves with the team. This is one part of the offered routine; it does not establish a particular health outcome for every person.

02 / The active chapter

Exercise
with oxygen.

Exercise with oxygen therapy, or EWOT, combines exercise with breathing concentrated oxygen through a mask.

At the Hub, the photographed setup uses stationary bikes and an oxygen mask. It is an active part of the session, following PEMF in the Ultimate sequence.

Ask about the exercise involved and how the setup will be used during your appointment. Agree what is appropriate for you before beginning.

EWOT is distinct from VO₂ Max testing, which measures aerobic capacity through breath analysis.

03 / The final chapter

Red light therapy.
Make time for you.

Red and near-infrared light form the final part of the Ultimate routine.

Set aside time for a quieter part of your visit. Red light therapy uses dedicated light equipment, with the team guiding you through the session.

The team can explain the setup, session positioning and what to expect. If you want to focus on this part of the routine, a standalone red-light appointment is also available.

A little clarity

Before
you begin.

What is included in Supercell Ultimate?

The combined appointment brings together PEMF, exercise with oxygen therapy (EWOT) and red light, in that order. Discuss the equipment setup and active session timings with the team before your visit.

Does the appointment length equal the technology time?

The time shown on the Ultimate offer is the full booked appointment. It should not be read as the sum of active component times. Confirm how the session is arranged with the team.

Does Ultimate include HOCATT?

HOCATT is a separate service with its own appointment and fee. It is not listed as part of the Ultimate combined appointment.

Can I book one technology separately?

Red light therapy is available as a standalone appointment, with its fee and appointment length shown above. Use the red-light booking link to view available times. PEMF is part of the combined Supercell Ultimate appointment.

Is EWOT the same as VO₂ Max testing?

EWOT means exercise with oxygen therapy: exercise while breathing concentrated oxygen through a mask. VO₂ Max testing is a separate assessment of aerobic capacity using breath analysis.

How do I decide whether the session suits me?

Discuss your health history, the exercise involved and the equipment with the team before booking. Where clinical advice is needed, speak with an appropriate registered clinician. Suitability is individual.

Where do appointments take place?

At the Supercell Hub, 353–355 Anzac Parade, Kingsford NSW 2032. The Ultimate booking link opens the combined appointment with the service already selected.
