Begin with your questions

Make room
for the whole picture.

Your goals, health history and everyday circumstances give the conversation its starting point.

You might have results you want to put in context, questions about testing, or a wish to understand how Supercell’s services could fit into your routine. An initial conversation helps clarify what you are looking for.

It also gives you a chance to ask who would provide each part of your care, what it involves and how much it costs before arranging the next step.

Your first conversation with Nate

Nate Rodgers is the founder of Supercell Health. The Discovery Call is a conversation about your goals, the services available and how you might get started.

Clinical care, where appropriate

A Discovery Call is different from a medical consultation. If clinical assessment is appropriate, clarify the responsible registered practitioner, appointment arrangements and fee before proceeding.

Diagnosis, medical advice and treatment decisions belong with a suitably qualified registered clinician. The initial call does not establish a clinical care arrangement.

From conversation to next steps

Understand the process.
At your own pace.

  1. 01

    Share your priorities

Talk about what brought you here, your questions and what you hope to understand. Discuss any existing results or information you would like to consider.

  2. 02

    Clarify the assessment

If an assessment or test is being considered, ask what it can tell you, who provides it, how it is arranged and what is included in the fee.

  3. 03

    Choose an appropriate next step

Options may involve exploring a Supercell service, discussing further testing or seeking clinical assessment. The next step depends on your situation and the responsible practitioner’s role.

  4. 04

    Agree how to follow up

Before committing to further support, confirm who will review any results, the contact arrangements, follow-up timing and any additional cost.

A useful conversation

Bring the questions
that matter to you.

You can use the initial call to make the arrangements clearer before choosing a service.

  • Who will provide each appointment?
  • What does the assessment involve?
  • Is testing included or arranged separately?
  • Who can help me understand my results?
  • What are the fees and follow-up arrangements?
  • Which parts take place at the Hub or remotely?

Your consultation enquiry

Start with
a Discovery Call.

The Discovery Call gives you a first conversation with Nate about your goals and available support. Further assessments, tests or clinical appointments are separate arrangements, with their scope and fees confirmed before booking.

The Supercell Hub is at 353–355 Anzac Parade, Kingsford NSW 2032. Ask which appointments are available in person or remotely.

A little clarity

Before
you begin.

Is the first call a medical consultation?

The first call is a Discovery Call with Nate about your goals and the support available. A medical consultation is a separate appointment with a registered clinician, where appropriate. Confirm that arrangement and its fee before proceeding.

Do I need to arrange testing first?

You can begin by discussing your questions and any results you already have. If further testing is considered, clarify its purpose, provider, price and review arrangements before ordering.

Who provides clinical advice?

Clinical assessment, diagnosis, medical advice and treatment decisions belong with a suitably qualified registered clinician. Ask which practitioner would be responsible for any clinical appointment and how their involvement is arranged.

What happens after the Discovery Call?

You can discuss a Supercell service, testing or an appropriate clinical assessment, depending on your needs. No particular service or outcome is guaranteed by the initial conversation. Agree the next step, its cost and any follow-up before proceeding.

What will a consultation cost?

The initial Discovery Call is free and lasts 15 minutes. Any further assessment, test, practitioner appointment or follow-up has its own arrangements. Ask the team to confirm the total scope and costs.

Can I arrange a remote conversation?

Ask the team which conversations and follow-up appointments can be arranged remotely. Equipment-based services take place at the Kingsford Hub, and other providers set their own appointment or collection arrangements.
