Who's behind this

Supercell Health is Nate’s, and he started it here in Kingsford. He’s a health coach. He isn’t a doctor and he holds no clinical registration.

That decides who handles what. Your health profile goes to Nate and he reads it himself. Your blood results go to a registered practitioner at the pathology provider. Nate runs the strategy call, the results call and the coaching side of your plan. He doesn’t diagnose or prescribe, and he doesn’t read your pathology.

Strategy call

Fifteen minutes with Nate, normally by video, to work out what you’re after and whether this is a fit.

Health profile

You fill in a questionnaire covering your history, medications and goals. It goes to Nate and stays on your file, so nothing has to be asked twice.

Blood tests

Your blood is collected at [NEEDS NATE 05], and the lab returns your results in [NEEDS NATE 06] business days.

Analysis and plan

A registered practitioner at the pathology provider reviews your results against your own history, your goals and your health profile answers rather than in isolation. Nate then goes through them with you on the results call.
