Check My Whoop Health Monitor:: The first thing I do upon waking is check my Whoop Health Monitor. This device gamifies my sleep and provides crucial insights into the quality of my rest, my heart rate variability (HRV), which measures my readiness to perform, and other key metrics. - Hydration: I drink a glass of filtered water with a pinch of salt, even if I’m not feeling thirsty. This kickstarts my hydration and replenishes essential electrolytes.
- Musical Motivation: I spend the next 20 minutes listening to a collection of my favorite movie scores. This not only energizes me but also sets a positive tone for the day ahead.
- Oral Routine: I follow a thorough oral care routine using Dental Herb Tooth & Gums Tonic mouthwash and fluoride-free toothpaste.
- Supplements and Medications: Most mornings, I take a nootropic (a cognitive enhancer) along with my other supplements. In total, I consume over 30 supplements daily, but I won’t go into all the details here.
- My first 30 minutes
- With my wake-up routine complete, I dive into the next steps:
- First Round of Supplements: I start with NAC, Green Tea Extract, Vitamin C, ALA, Fish Oil, Maca, Tongkat Ali, Methyl Folate,NMN, and other tried-and-true supplements to prime myself before training.
- Morning Fuel: I prepare either a Bulletproof Coffee elixir with butter and MCT oil or a natural pre-workout drink to fuel my upcoming workout
- My Next 1 to 1.5 Hours
- Training Time: This is when I really get after it. My training varies between strength training, boxing,HIIT, Concept 2 Rowing, ski paddling, surfing, and group fitness. Post-workout, I often hit the steam or sauna and take an invigorating ocean swim.
- Recovery Days: On recovery days, I focus on PEMF therapy, breathwork, Exercise With Oxygen Therapy (EWOT), and Red Light Therapy. I might also take an ice-cold plunge for added benefits.
- 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM
- Community Coffee: This hour is reserved for coffee with friends and my tribe. It’s a crucial time for social connection and shared motivation.

- Check Emails: I review important emails and correspond with international colleagues, ensuring my work is aligned and priorities are
- Second Round of Supplements: My second supplement round includes a protein supplement, vital greens,Digestive enzymes, collagen, creatine, nootropics, peptide therapeutics, cognitive enhancers like Lion’s Mane and L-Theanine.
- By 8:30 AM, I’m fully prepared and energized, ready to tackle the day with focus and determination.
